Renting a property

Choosing the right letting agent is as important as finding the right property as the ongoing support from your agent during your tenancy is invaluable, whether it be managed or not by us.

The first step is to register with us either by calling us, by registering here or visiting our office where you can discuss your property requirements with a member of our lettings team.
Should you decide to rent a property through us, and it’s a ‘Let Only’ property, we will be responsible for you and the property right up until the point of move in. We will take care of all the paperwork, including submitting your references and the issue of the contract agreements.

The Landlord will then be given your details, and the management will be their responsibility throughout the term and will hold your deposit for the duration. This deposit must be registered into a protected deposit scheme.

Should the property be fully managed, then our Property Manager will be your first point of contact for all maintenance and repair issues throughout the tenancy.
